Description
Recipes that were created over eleven years of blogging at The Well Fed Homestead. Most recipes are GAPS Diet compliant, which means that they are grain-free, gluten-free, starch-free and they do not contain any sugars. Note that the recipes do contain dairy, but only raw, aged or fermented dairy. While the GAPS Diet is not a nut-free diet, due to family allergies, these recipes are also free of all peanuts and tree nuts.
